Terms and conditions

This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.

1. The organisers (service providers)

The event is organised jointly by the following partners:

(Hereinafter together: the "Organisers".)

2. Subject of the contract and what the package includes

2.1. The subject of the contract is participation in the event called "Retreat" announced by the Organisers.

• Dates: 15–17 January 2027
• Venue: Evergreen Longevity Residence / Evergreen Medical Kft. (8784 Kehidakustány, Golf utca 1., Building B2, Hungary)

2.2. The participation fee includes the following services:

• Accommodation: 2 nights in private or twin rooms;
• Meals: dinner on Friday; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday; breakfast on Sunday;
• Programme: all Pilates classes and group self-awareness sessions, workshops, sound bowl meditations, and the opportunity for personal 1:1 consultations with the Organisers;
• Facilities: use of the venue's wellness area and event rooms.

2.3. The participation fee does not include the local tourist tax payable separately on site (IFA: 500 HUF per person per night for guests aged 18 and over), travel to and from the venue, or personal consumption (e.g. minibar, other food and drink).

3. Packages and payment terms

3.1. Packages and fees:

• Individual package: 475,000 HUF gross per person
• Shared package: 395,000 HUF gross per person, i.e. 790,000 HUF gross in total for two people registering together (sharing one twin/double room).

3.2. A registration becomes final once the application form has been submitted and the participation fee has been paid in full.

3.3. The participation fee must be paid in a single instalment by bank transfer by the payment deadline given in the confirmation. If the fee is not received by the deadline, the Organisers may cancel the registration and offer the place to another applicant.

4. Withdrawal and cancellation (consumer information)

4.1. Right of withdrawal: under Section 29(1)(l) of Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, for contracts for accommodation or leisure-related services with a specified date or period of performance, the consumer is not entitled to the 14-day right of withdrawal without giving reasons.

4.2. Cancellation terms offered by the Organisers:

• Until 15 December 2026, 23:59: the Participant may withdraw from the contract in writing (by email) without giving any reason. In this case the full amount paid is refunded within 14 days.
• After 15 December 2026: as the capacity and meals at the hotel and caterer hosting the event are then finally booked and the Organisers become liable for a non-refundable penalty, the fee paid is not refunded if the Participant cancels; it is retained as a cancellation fee.

4.3. Shared package: if, after 15 December 2026, only one of the two participants in a Shared package wishes to cancel, the fee paid is not refunded, but another participant may take the place of the person withdrawing.

4.4. Transfer of place: the Participant may transfer their place to a third party free of charge, provided the replacement participant's details are sent to the Organisers in writing no later than 7 days before the start of the Event.

5. House rules, liability and compensation

5.1. The Participant must comply with the house rules of the venue (Evergreen Longevity Residence / Evergreen Medical Kft.) and general norms of considerate behaviour.

5.2. The Participant is fully liable for any damage they cause to the venue, its furnishings or equipment.

5.3. In the event of aggressive or seriously antisocial behaviour that endangers the safe running of the event, the Organisers may exclude the Participant from the event with immediate effect. In such a case the participation fee is not refunded.

5.4. The Organisers accept no liability for Participants' personal valuables, belongings or property.

6. Final provisions

Matters not regulated in this contract are governed by the Hungarian Civil Code (Ptk.) and related legislation. In the event of a dispute, the Organisers and the Participant will seek an amicable settlement; failing that, they agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian court.
